RadioX Terms of Use and Service Policy

These Terms of Use and Service Policy ("Policy") apply to the RadioX app and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RadioX, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Service Description

RadioX is an app for discovering, browsing, playing, and managing online radio content. The app currently includes features such as:

• Browsing stations by country, region, or genre
• Searching, playing, and sharing stations
• Saving favorites and viewing playback history
• Adding, editing, and deleting custom stations
• Unlocking ad removal and custom station sync through subscription

RadioX does not create most of the audio content available through the app. The app primarily provides a catalog, playback interface, and access to third-party streaming sources.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If your jurisdiction imposes additional requirements relating to online audio, subscriptions, advertising, or data processing, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those requirements.

If you are a minor, you should use the app with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Platform and Third-Party Services

RadioX may rely on Apple, iCloud, the App Store, StoreKit, Google AdMob, and third-party streaming sources to provide some features, including:

• Subscription purchase, restoration, and billing handling
• iCloud sync
• Advertising and consent management
• External stream loading and playback

Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. RadioX is not responsible, beyond what is required by applicable law, for outages, restrictions, removals, pricing changes, network failures, or content unavailability caused by third-party platforms or services.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use RadioX to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent, interfere with, or disrupt app, advertising, subscription, or playback mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, crack, abuse, or automate access to app resources except where applicable law clearly permits it
• Upload, save, or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Use unauthorized stream URLs, images, or other materials
• Use the app in a way that may harm service stability, third-party rights, or other users' experience

If you add custom stations, icons, URLs, or other content, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use that content.

5. Station Content and Availability

Stations, stream URLs, artwork, website information, and descriptions shown in RadioX may come from bundled catalog data, third-party sources, or user-provided content. We do not guarantee:

• That any station will remain available
• That any stream will remain valid, stable, accurate, or uninterrupted
• That program metadata, descriptions, region labels, or genre tags will always be correct
• That third-party streams will remain free from infringement claims, takedowns, geo-restrictions, or content changes

Because of network issues, copyright restrictions, regional limitations, certificate problems, server changes, source policies, or operational changes, some stations may fail to play or may stop working at any time.

6. Custom Stations and User Content

If you use the custom station feature, you may save some or all of the following:

• Station name
• Stream URL
• Description
• Country or region information
• Genre tags
• Website URL
• Custom icon

You retain your rights in content you provide, but you grant the app the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and sync that content on your devices and in the sync environment you enable, solely to provide app functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that any stream URL, icon, website, or other material you provide does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

RadioX may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including RadioX Pro. Subscription terms are subject to the following:

• Pricing, billing period, trial availability, currency, and regional availability are shown in the App Store
• Purchases, renewals, charges, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account
• Access to subscription features may change or end if a subscription expires, is revoked, refunded, or upgraded

If you have billing or refund questions, you should contact Apple through its official support channels.

8. Advertising

RadioX may display ads on some platforms or versions of the app, including app open ads or other ad placements. Ad display may depend on:

• Your region
• Your consent status
• Whether you have an active ad-removal entitlement
• Third-party ad service availability

If you subscribe to an ad-removal entitlement, the app will attempt to stop showing applicable ads. Short delays or temporary ad display caused by SDK caching, propagation delay, or service errors do not create a separate warranty or guarantee.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the RadioX app itself, including its interface, code, design, text, and branding, is owned by its lawful rights holder.

Names, logos, programming, websites, and stream resources associated with third-party stations remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadioX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

RadioX is not liable, beyond what is required by applicable law, for losses or issues arising from:

• Third-party stream interruption, failure, change, or takedown
• Network failure, device failure, compatibility issues, or certificate errors
• Advertising, subscription, iCloud, App Store, or third-party SDK service issues
• Problems caused by custom content you add or use

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadioX and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, interruption, loss of profits, or content unavailability.

If certain liability exclusions are not allowed under applicable law, those limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue some or all app features at any time for product, legal, compliance, platform, security, or operational reasons.

We may also update this Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted. Your continued use of RadioX after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
