Who We Are

Dajiale (listed on the App Store) is rebranding as MZSoft. This policy explains how SpeakSense handles information when offered under either name.

Overview

SpeakSense processes audio on your device to generate transcripts. We do not create user accounts or run our own servers for this app. Your recordings stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Information We Handle

• Audio and transcripts you create: Stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time from within the app or by removing the app.
• Device permissions: Microphone access is required for recording. File access is only used if you choose to import or export audio or text. We do not access photos, location, contacts, or tracking identifiers.
• Purchase information: Transactions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchase status from Apple but do not see your full payment details.
• Diagnostics: Basic, de-identified crash or performance data may be provided by Apple to help improve stability. We do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers.

How We Use Information

• Provide core features such as recording, transcription, playback, and local storage.
• Maintain purchase access (e.g., restoring a subscription through Apple).
• Improve reliability and troubleshoot issues based on aggregated diagnostics.

Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not send your recordings or transcripts to our servers.
• Apple may process data to complete purchases or provide system services under its own terms and privacy policies.
• If you choose to share a file or transcript through system share sheets or third-party apps, that data is sent only to the destinations you select.

Data Security and Retention

Recordings and transcripts remain on your device unless you export or delete them. Uninstalling the app deletes locally stored data. Protect your device with a passcode and consider backups if you need to retain content.

Your Choices

• You can revoke microphone or file permissions in your device settings; certain features may stop working without them.
• You can delete recordings and transcripts from within the app.
• You can stop using SpeakSense at any time by uninstalling it.

Children’s Privacy

SpeakSense is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the app if you are below that age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or via the App Store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
