IDPhoto Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ID Photo app (“the App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Use the App to create photos that are fraudulent or that violate any applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

ID Photo Compliance

The App helps you produce photos that aim to match common ID size and formatting specifications. Requirements for passports, visas, licenses, and other official documents vary by country, issuing authority, and over time. It is your responsibility to confirm that any photo you create meets the exact requirements of the authority you are submitting it to. We do not guarantee that photos produced with the App will be accepted by any particular authority.

Purchases and Entitlements

• The App offers in-app purchases, including a single-photo print-quality unlock and a lifetime unlock that removes ads and enables unlimited print-quality export.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Purchases of digital content are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
• You can restore eligible previous purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.

Rewarded Ads

As an alternative to purchasing, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to obtain a free, screen-quality download. Ad availability is not guaranteed. If an ad is not completed, the corresponding unlock will not be granted.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Photos you import or create remain yours; these Terms grant us no rights to your photos.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet any specific official requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App, including the rejection of any photo by any authority.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and posting the revised Terms at the link below.
