ReColor Privacy Policy

Welcome to ReColor. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Local Processing and Privacy

ReColor is designed with your privacy as our highest priority. Photo colorization, image analysis, and AI inference run locally on your device using the app’s built-in Standard AI model. We do not upload, collect, or store any of your photos or image data on our servers. Your photos never leave your device.

2. Optional Model Downloads

ReColor Pro offers optional additional AI model packs (such as HD and Vivid) that can be downloaded on demand to improve colorization quality. Downloading these optional model packs requires an internet connection to retrieve the model file from our content delivery servers. No photos or personal data are sent as part of this download — only the model file itself is transferred to your device.

3. Data Collection

As a local-first application, we do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the app. We may collect minimal, anonymized crash reports or usage analytics solely to improve the app’s performance. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information, photo content, or usage history.

4. Photo Library Access

ReColor requests access to your Photos library only to let you select photos to colorize and to save or share your results. Selected and processed photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase a ReColor Pro subscription or a Lifetime plan, the transaction is securely processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website.
