Ringtone Genius Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Ringtone Genius (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless we provide a separate custom end-user license agreement, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App:

App Purpose

Ringtone Genius helps you import, record, edit, organize, and export audio for ringtone and alert use. Features may include audio import, video audio extraction, microphone recording, timeline editing, trimming, splitting, fade controls, volume controls, speed controls, built-in sound effects, ringtone export, high-quality preview export, and GarageBand-compatible export workflows.

Your Content

You are responsible for the audio, video, recordings, project names, categories, and other content you import, create, edit, export, or share through the App.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you import or create with the App. Do not use the App to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others.

We do not claim ownership of your audio content. You retain your rights in content you create or import, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload, import, create, export, or share content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass purchase, subscription, entitlement, security, or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where allowed by law.
• Use the App in a way that damages, disables, or interferes with the App, Apple services, iCloud, or third-party services.

Pro Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Ringtone Genius may offer paid Pro features through Apple in-app purchases. Available products may include:

• Monthly Pro subscription: net.dajiale.ringtone.pro.monthly
• Yearly Pro subscription: net.dajiale.ringtone.pro.yearly
• Lifetime Pro purchase: net.dajiale.ringtone.pro.lifetime

Prices, free trials, promotions, available plans, and supported regions may vary and will be shown in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.

For subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

For lifetime purchases:

• A lifetime purchase unlocks eligible Pro features for as long as we make those features available in the App, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Feature Availability

Some features depend on device capability, iOS version, App Store product availability, iCloud availability, microphone permission, Photos permission, Files access, GarageBand installation, or Apple services. We may change, add, remove, or limit features where needed for reliability, legal, business, or technical reasons.

Exported audio may require additional steps in GarageBand or iOS settings before it can be assigned as a ringtone. We do not guarantee that every exported file will be accepted by every Apple app, device, operating system version, or third-party workflow.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App:

By using the App, you also agree to the handling of information described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with Apple services such as StoreKit, iCloud, Photos, Files, Share Sheet, and GarageBand workflows. The App may also use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for analytics and diagnostics if enabled in the release build.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No Professional Advice

The App is a creative audio tool. It does not provide legal, licensing, copyright, or professional advice. You are responsible for confirming that your use of imported or exported content is lawful.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost content, lost profits, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or where required by law or platform rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at the Terms URL above with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
